MIFA is an intercultural and culture-specific professional institution providing advisory, guidance, and support. We work with municipal social services, child protection authorities (KESB), schools, and other professional institutions. We support people with refugee or migration backgrounds while helping institutions fulfill their mandates effectively. Our work is grounded in interdisciplinary collaboration, bringing together expertise from social services, education, diplomacy, and administration to deliver holistic solutions.

Featured Expert
Dr. Uehlinger is a renowned intercultural expert. She holds a PhD from the University of Zurich and brings global expertise in intercultural communication and competence. She studied intercultural communication at ICI Portland, is the CEO of Christa Uehlinger Linking People®, and is the founding President of SIETAR Switzerland. She has worked at a senior level in training, and consultancy for diverse industries to health care, education and public administration. She is also an author, TedEx speaker and lectures at University of St. Gallen.
